Join us for a mid week retreat 16-19 May 2022 in Cumbria at the beautifulSt Marks Stays.
Expect LOTS of nurture and time for you.

Yoga twice daily with Debs
1 x 2 hour art workshop with Abi
1 x 2 hour cooking working with Arwen
All meals beautifully created by Arwen (Beat and The Pulse Catering).

Surrounded by nature and glorious walks with plenty of time to explore with stunning walks from your doorstep.
Plenty spaces to chill, read and relax including garden and outdoor firepit.
Massage and other holistic treatments can be arranged on site (these are additional costs).

Mini wellness retreat at Well House Yoga Space (Harrogate) to Rest, Restore & Reboot

After the energy of summer join us for our mini retreat and take some time for you.
Resting and renewing our energy is vital to minimising the onset of burn out so we are able to support and balance our energy as we move to the next season.
Our day includes movement through yoga and qigong, pausing through meditation and resting through yoga nidra.
These approaches can benefit our overall physical and mental health, supporting our immune and offering us the opportunity to connect in with ourselves and listen to what we need.
All offered activities are optional – this is your retreat, your time to meet your needs.
